The portable Handi-Spray™-Kit 1L Belt-Pack + C + SF + 3' consisting of steel pressure bottle 1L, belt, manometer, atomizer regulatorpressure hose and spray gun was developed to atomize e.g. CorrosionX® or CorrosionX® Aviation into an incredibly fine, smoke-like mist. It converts low and medium viscosity liquid products into microdroplets that float in the air for an extended period of time.

This degree of atomization is the key to achieving the most cost-effective and thorough application of anti-corrosion / lubricants etc. in e.g .: airframes and other irregularly shaped housings in which direct application is not possible (e.g .: secluded corners, hard to reach areas etc.).

Example: If the floating CorrosionX® Aviation vapor is properly introduced into a closed space such as: in an aircraft wing, it completely fills the cavity and applies a light coating of the product to the entire surface, thus also penetrating into overlapping seams, treats the back of the spar, etc. Over-spraying and saturating an airframe with a conventional pump-up sprayer does not initially cause any damage, but it does result in CorrosionX® being applied in a much too excessive manner. With the original pressure sprayer from U.S. Corrosion Technologies not only works extremely cost-effectively, but also achieves excellent long-lasting results and protective effects at the same time.

The portable Handi-Spray™-Kit 1L Belt-Pack + C + SF + 3' is a basic unit that comes with three (3) wands:

1 pc 1" cricket

1 pc 3' x 1/4" superflex

1 pc 3' 360° wand

Recommended supply air pressure: 80PSI (6 bar), 5-6 CFM (140 - 170 l/min)


  • CorrosionX® is best applied at typical ambient temperatures. For safety and optimum lubrication and corrosion protection, CorrosionX® should not be applied onto hot surfaces; the maximum application temperature should be under 143°C / 200°F.
  • It should not be sprayed into sparks or open flames.
  • Do not apply to LCDs and membrane switches.
  • Do not apply to friction-operated devices such as belts, clutches, brakes, etc.
